Valiant Minister was purchased at the OBS 2YO Sale for $680,000 after breezing a bullet eighth of a mile in :09 4/5 seconds.

He won on debut at Santa Anita going wire-to-wire, with fractions of :21.86, :44.95 and :56.87 on his way to a 2 1/4-length victory in 1:08.84 at 6 furlongs.

Filly ST. PAT’S DAY by Valiant Minister Impresses with Debut Win by 9 Lengths. Congratulations to owner/breeders Irish Eyes Stable and Going In Circles, LLC with their 2019 filly o/o the unraced mare, Birthday Suit. The first start win 3/30/22 came in race 4 at Tampa Bay Downs at 5 1/2 furlongs. The filly got off well, moving to third down the backstretch when asked to advance entering the turn. Passing the pacesetters 3 wide, St. Pat’s Day powered away and coasted across the wire geared down, winning by 9 lengths. She is trained by John Vinson and was piloted by Pablo Morales.
OUTFOXED by Valiant Minister Wins $125,000 Gasparilla Stakes. Outfoxed came into the Gasparilla after a 16 week layoff since winning the FTBOA MY DEAR GIRL STAKES at Gulfstream Park 9/25/21, but was up to the test of the deeper Tampa Bay course. The filly prevailed over the 7 furlongs in a wide trip with fractions of 22.09, 44.65, 1:09.61, finishing in 1:23.37 by 3/4 of a length.
